PONDis- Poco-25 Grinding, mixing and dosing computer
Description
The Poco-25 is a compact, easy-to-use dosing controller for the fully automatic process of a grinding and mixing plant.
Course of dosing
A mixture (recipe) can be started manually or automatically timed. The Poco-25 has mechanisms that make it possible, for example in the event of a power failure, to restart the process at the same point as before the power failure.
The course of dosing is basically as follows:
- Starting up the mill
- Dosing of the individual mill components (Optional: Full detector monitor mill hopper)
- Turning off the mill
- Metering in of the individual components
- First time program (mixing time)
- Second time program
- Emptying up to the desired weight
- Third time program
- Fourth time program
