Description

The PONDis feed pump is a quality pump made of high-quality, stainless materials.

Thanks to the 2-function system, the liquid is stirred during the entire operating time of the feed pump and ensures a homogeneously mixed medium from start to finish. With the suction of the liquid below the pump housing, the liquid container can be emptied and cleaned without problems.

The pump housing, which is robust due to a special bronze alloy, and the individual stirring and pumping blades, as well as the oil-cooled bearing of the PONDis feed pump guarantee a long service life.

All parts of the PONDis feed pump, as well as the motor attached with a flexible coupling, are extremely easy to replace and bring an absolute ease of service.

The PONDis stirring pump ensures uniform mixing of the feed soup and at the same time conveys it to the stables. The pump must be mounted in the middle of the container to achieve optimum stirring performance.

Application
This pump is suitable for small and large containers. In the choice of engine size respectively of the pump performance, the following points must be taken into account:

• Container size
• Composition of feed soup
• Line length and delivery height

Thanks to the special bronze alloy, the pump is resistant to aggressive media such as whey, skim milk, etc.

Design
Motor and pump are coupled in a pluggable manner. The pump is stored closed in the oil bath and therefore extremely maintenance-free.
