Description

The floor pumps are manufactured in a service-friendly composite construction and equipped with a cast-iron motor stool into which the sealing housing is pressed. All wear parts are easy to replace.

The pump housing and open impeller are manufactured from laser-cut stainless steel components, which are then machined as required.

A stainless steel rear wall is mounted between the motor stool and the pump housing, and the Type-I: 4.0 kW, 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW versions also have a replaceable wear plate in front of the impeller.

Therefore, all metal components coming into contact with the conveying medium are made of stainless steel 18/8. The shaft seal is made by a mechanical seal of the highest quality. In the event of a leakage, the leaking liquid is directed away from the engine.

Process design:
The process design is the name for a structural design of a centrifugal pump that meets the requirements of agricultural technology after rapid disassembly and assembly and is therefore often found in process pumps.

This means that for inspection or replacement of internal parts after uncoupling the motor and releasing the connecting flange, all components of the pump with the bearing and the shaft seal can be pulled out of the pump housing without removing it from the pipeline.
